PasSync is built on a simple principle: your data is yours, period. Your passwords and personal data never touch our servers. We have architected the application from the ground up to ensure we never have access to your sensitive information.

AI & Credential Capture

PasSync uses a local AI vision model to identify login forms. This entire process happens on your machine.

• 100% Offline Processing: Screenshots analyzed by the AI are processed entirely on your device and never sent anywhere.
• No Data Storage: The AI model is stateless. It analyzes the screen and forgets. No logs, no storage.

Password Storage & Encryption

We don't use a master password — a single point of failure. Instead, we use your OS's most secure features.

• Secure Enclaves: Your encrypted vault is protected by macOS Keychain or Windows Hello infrastructure.
• Biometric Access: You are the key — Touch ID, Face ID, or Windows Hello. We never have access to your biometric data.

Device Syncing (P2P)

Sync your encrypted vault between devices — no cloud server as middleman.

• Local Network Only: Syncing happens directly between your devices over local Wi-Fi. Data never travels over the public internet.
• End-to-End Encrypted: All sync traffic is encrypted from source device to destination device.

Purchases & Trials

• Payments: Processed by Gumroad (our merchant of record). We never see or store your card details — only a purchase confirmation and email to issue your license key.
• Trials: A one-way anonymous machine fingerprint (hash) is stored in Firebase solely to check if a trial has been activated on that device. It cannot identify you personally.

Website & Analytics

passync.app uses no cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics software. We collect nothing about your visit.
