PasSync lives in your menu bar (or system tray). No main window — it appears only when you need it via Global Hotkeys.

No master password — ever.

Uses macOS Keychain / Windows Hello. Unlock with Touch ID, Face ID, or your system login. Nothing to memorise.

Option + Shift + A

3-step flow designed to work without looking away from your screen.

1.Identify: Press hotkey on a login screen. PasSync captures the screen and identifies the service (e.g. "Gmail").
2.Username: Type your username, then press hotkey again. A beep confirms it's captured.
3.Password: Type your password, press hotkey a third time. Success chime — saved.

60-second timeout between steps.

Option + Shift + F

1.Search: Hotkey opens the floating search panel. Type to filter.
2.Select: Enter or click — Username is automatically copied.
3.Paste Username: Cmd + V — PasSync detects this and copies the Password next.
4.Paste Password: Cmd + V again. Done.

Clipboard cleared automatically after 30 seconds.

Power Shortcuts

›Skip Username: Option + Shift + Delete — copies password immediately if username is pre-filled.
›Password Only: Click the 🔑 icon next to any search result.
›Quick Edit: Right-click any result to jump to its full edit view.

Sync your vault between devices — no cloud server required.

›How it works: Peer-to-peer over your local network using Ed25519-signed encrypted channels.
›Setup: Go to Settings › Device Syncing and connect your devices. Takes under a minute.
›Security: All traffic is end-to-end encrypted. Nothing leaves your LAN.
